DeSantis Rips Biden’s Migrant Flights: ‘We Know It’s Illegal and Not Constitutional’

Reporter So can you ░░░░░░░░ on some of the ░░░░░░░░ you made about being ░░░░░░░░ covert DeSantis First of ░░░░░░░░ it s an illegal ░░░░░░░░ They re bringing people ░░░░░░░░ who don t have ░░░░░░░░ right to be in ░░░░░░░░ country from foreign countries ░░░░░░░░ what we ve seen ░░░░░░░░ and we saw this ░░░░░░░░ recently someone that Biden ░░░░░░░░ into America ended up ░░░░░░░░ Massachusetts now is under ░░░░░░░░ for sexual assault against ░░░░░░░░ developmentally disabled 14 year ░░░░░░░░ girl Now that is ░░░░░░░░ that would have been ░░░░░░░░ had they just followed ░░░░░░░░ law We ve been ░░░░░░░░ them on this parole ░░░░░░░░ a long time we ░░░░░░░░ actually won in court ░░░░░░░░ it s our hope ░░░░░░░░ we re going to ░░░░░░░░ able to get that ░░░░░░░░ down Now it is ░░░░░░░░ because they re not ░░░░░░░░ anybody they don t ░░░░░░░░ us anytime somebody comes ░░░░░░░░ you know I know ░░░░░░░░ was numbers about who ░░░░░░░░ coming through Miami what ░░░░░░░░ can tell you is ░░░░░░░░ can t verify that ░░░░░░░░ don t give us ░░░░░░░░ information on it We ░░░░░░░░ not seen though large ░░░░░░░░ in our communities all ░░░░░░░░ a sudden like you ░░░░░░░░ seen in New York ░░░░░░░░ Chicago and some of ░░░░░░░░ other ways And so ░░░░░░░░ may be the case ░░░░░░░░ he s bringing people ░░░░░░░░ under this illegal parole ░░░░░░░░ and then they re ░░░░░░░░ to sanctuary jurisdictions That ░░░░░░░░ be happening But I ░░░░░░░░ tell you we re ░░░░░░░░ a sanctuary state We ░░░░░░░░ t have sanctuary cities ░░░░░░░░ we ve took action ░░░░░░░░ where you re not ░░░░░░░░ a driver s license ░░░░░░░░ re not getting ID ░░░░░░░░ so you are better ░░░░░░░░ in New York or ░░░░░░░░ or California So that ░░░░░░░░ be what you say ░░░░░░░░ it s secret in ░░░░░░░░ sense yes we know ░░░░░░░░ program s going on ░░░░░░░░ re suing over it ░░░░░░░░ think it s illegal ░░░░░░░░ know it s illegal ░░░░░░░░ not constitutional But they ░░░░░░░░ not coordinating with state ░░░░░░░░ at all If they ░░░░░░░░ six people on a ░░░░░░░░ flight coming from a ░░░░░░░░ country there s no ░░░░░░░░ at all to state ░░░░░░░░ local authorities That s ░░░░░░░░ the fact And so ░░░░░░░░ s why that s ░░░░░░░░ double reason about why ░░░░░░░░ he s doing is ░░░░░░░░ very problematic I will ░░░░░░░░ also so we have ░░░░░░░░ seen a large numbers ░░░░░░░░ into our Florida communities ░░░░░░░░ we would see evidence ░░░░░░░░ that if that were ░░░░░░░░ case We have also ░░░░░░░░ seen a large uptick ░░░░░░░░ vessels coming from from ░░░░░░░░ which we we are ░░░░░░░░ guard against So we ░░░░░░░░ got a lot of ░░░░░░░░ out there deterring that ░░░░░░░░ happening and I think ░░░░░░░░ s been successful so ░░░░░░░░ I am concerned though ░░░░░░░░ Biden can try to ░░░░░░░░ simply decide he wants ░░░░░░░░ fly a bunch of ░░░░░░░░ from Haiti to different ░░░░░░░░ of the United States ░░░░░░░░ Guantanamo maybe someplace on ░░░░░░░░ continental United States I ░░░░░░░░ t think he has ░░░░░░░░ authority to do that ░░░░░░░░ but we have the ░░░░░░░░ state that has actually ░░░░░░░░ won on this parole ░░░░░░░░ and we re going ░░░░░░░░ keep at it until ░░░░░░░░ Constitution is respected.”
