BRZEZINSKI You know Charlie ░░░░░░░░ yesterday celebrating Easter we ░░░░░░░░ to church we heard ░░░░░░░░ a pastor who made ░░░░░░░░ point I mean there ░░░░░░░░ so many good points ░░░░░░░░ his sermon but it ░░░░░░░░ that Easter was a ░░░░░░░░ to for renewal to ░░░░░░░░ about your relationship with ░░░░░░░░ to think about your ░░░░░░░░ with Jesus because he ░░░░░░░░ you unconditionally Because it ░░░░░░░░ a relationship that you ░░░░░░░░ with your God with ░░░░░░░░ and not religion It ░░░░░░░░ not a relationship with ░░░░░░░░ religion It s not ░░░░░░░░ relationship with politics It ░░░░░░░░ not a relationship with ░░░░░░░░ person It s a ░░░░░░░░ with God and today ░░░░░░░░ your day to maybe ░░░░░░░░ hasn t been so ░░░░░░░░ here is your day ░░░░░░░░ come back It was ░░░░░░░░ beautiful And then you ░░░░░░░░ reading in for the ░░░░░░░░ this morning it was ░░░░░░░░ jarring to see a ░░░░░░░░ the front runner for ░░░░░░░░ the Republican nominee just ░░░░░░░░ there s a word ░░░░░░░░ want to use but ░░░░░░░░ tear all over that ░░░░░░░░ concept and make it ░░░░░░░░ himself SYKES Well of ░░░░░░░░ And by the way ░░░░░░░░ April Fool s Day ░░░░░░░░ unfortunately this is the ░░░░░░░░ Here we are SYKES ░░░░░░░░ is the reality This ░░░░░░░░ the real world And ░░░░░░░░ you saw over the ░░░░░░░░ was not an actual ░░░░░░░░ The Saturday Night Live ░░░░░░░░ really sort of nailed ░░░░░░░░ but it s it ░░░░░░░░ difficult to come up ░░░░░░░░ a parody of what ░░░░░░░░ Trump was actually doing ░░░░░░░░ the Bible in in ░░░░░░░░ the crudest possible pandering ░░░░░░░░ again you know the ░░░░░░░░ screen between Joe Biden ░░░░░░░░ is whatever you think ░░░░░░░░ his politics is a ░░░░░░░░ and committed Catholic He ░░░░░░░░ a believer And then ░░░░░░░░ Trump of on the ░░░░░░░░ 70 plus rants that ░░░░░░░░ you know unhinged unhinged ░░░░░░░░ But I also have ░░░░░░░░ point out though the ░░░░░░░░ screen what was going ░░░░░░░░ in terms of the ░░░░░░░░ realities we live in ░░░░░░░░ So all week long ░░░░░░░░ Trump had to answer ░░░░░░░░ this the cynical pandering ░░░░░░░░ the Bible But right ░░░░░░░░ media was focused on ░░░░░░░░ things over the weekend ░░░░░░░░ and they pounded and ░░░░░░░░ and pounded it Number ░░░░░░░░ was the very misleading ░░░░░░░░ that somehow Joe Biden ░░░░░░░░ replaced Easter with Trans ░░░░░░░░ Day There must have ░░░░░░░░ thousand tweets about that ░░░░░░░░ then another completely misleading ░░░░░░░░ about how the Biden ░░░░░░░░ House had banned religious ░░░░░░░░ on Easter eggs In ░░░░░░░░ this has this has ░░░░░░░░ a policy that s ░░░░░░░░ in place for decades ░░░░░░░░ the Trump Administration But ░░░░░░░░ know in the split ░░░░░░░░ world you have Donald ░░░░░░░░ with the unhinged rants ░░░░░░░░ his base is hearing ░░░░░░░░ know this other message ░░░░░░░░ it is Joe Biden ░░░░░░░░ Yeah SYKES who is ░░░░░░░░ enemy of God and ░░░░░░░░ faith and it is ░░░░░░░░ it is Donald Trump ░░░░░░░░ is the defender of ░░░░░░░░ faith It is it ░░░░░░░░ so absurd but I ░░░░░░░░ we need to understand ░░░░░░░░ come to grips with ░░░░░░░░ way in which we ░░░░░░░░ this this completely alternative ░░░░░░░░ out there that has ░░░░░░░░ no relationship to reality ░░░░░░░░ which is very very ░░░░░░░░ in American politics these ░░░░░░░░
