freedom ░░░░░░░░ petition the government and ░░░░░░░░ to speak All of ░░░░░░░░ conduct that s part ░░░░░░░░ this indictment is really ░░░░░░░░ by the First Amendment ░░░░░░░░ if you think about ░░░░░░░░ it makes sense that ░░░░░░░░ judge should be the ░░░░░░░░ that protects that right ░░░░░░░░ you shouldn t have ░░░░░░░░ go in front of ░░░░░░░░ jury to protect your ░░░░░░░░ rights So that s ░░░░░░░░ first one we are ░░░░░░░░ to hear The second ░░░░░░░░ is called a demuir ░░░░░░░░ in Georgia a demuir ░░░░░░░░ really a motion to ░░░░░░░░ and what we are ░░░░░░░░ to do is argue ░░░░░░░░ is legal conclusions in ░░░░░░░░ That s something that ░░░░░░░░ jury has to decide ░░░░░░░░ I m curious and ░░░░░░░░ I mean we saw ░░░░░░░░ for our screen and ░░░░░░░░ viewers saw what happened ░░░░░░░░ the courtroom of Fani ░░░░░░░░ the case was laid ░░░░░░░░ They lied under oath ░░░░░░░░ question is why not ░░░░░░░░ them on the case ░░░░░░░░ have been very sloppy ░░░░░░░░ their filings out of
