Did Sinema Just Help Kari Lake? Fox Analysts Offer Dueling Perspectives on Arizona Senate Race

ROBERTS Kyrsten Sinema is ░░░░░░░░ going to seek reelection ░░░░░░░░ would have been running ░░░░░░░░ an independent against a ░░░░░░░░ and a Democrat How ░░░░░░░░ you think that helps ░░░░░░░░ Kari Lake or Ruben ░░░░░░░░ LAW I think it ░░░░░░░░ helps Kari Lake Kyrsten ░░░░░░░░ does appeal to that ░░░░░░░░ wedge of the electorate ░░░░░░░░ sometimes voted for John ░░░░░░░░ voter for Mark Kelly ░░░░░░░░ for Kyrsten Sinema The ░░░░░░░░ that is helpful here ░░░░░░░░ that Ruben Gallego is ░░░░░░░░ like Kelly or Sinema ░░░░░░░░ s a hard left ░░░░░░░░ and this gives Lake ░░░░░░░░ opportunity to unite the ░░░░░░░░ Party I think Gallego ░░░░░░░░ t reach that middle ░░░░░░░░ that people like Sinema ░░░░░░░░ I think that makes ░░░░░░░░ a more competitive race ░░░░░░░░ All right so Mark ░░░░░░░░ it down for us ░░░░░░░░ Republicans are feeling pretty ░░░░░░░░ about their chances of ░░░░░░░░ the Senate but they ░░░░░░░░ feeling pretty good in ░░░░░░░░ about extending their majority ░░░░░░░░ the House and retaking ░░░░░░░░ Senate and we all ░░░░░░░░ how that turned out ░░░░░░░░ Oh I think the ░░░░░░░░ sentiment is that Democrats ░░░░░░░░ a very good chance ░░░░░░░░ retaking the House and ░░░░░░░░ maybe will retake the ░░░░░░░░ But the map doesn ░░░░░░░░ look all that great ░░░░░░░░ don t think this ░░░░░░░░ is particularly good for ░░░░░░░░ I think a lot ░░░░░░░░ Democrats were worried that ░░░░░░░░ would split the Democratic ░░░░░░░░ and I suspect probably ░░░░░░░░ is going to be ░░░░░░░░ pretty close microcosm for ░░░░░░░░ rest of the nation ░░░░░░░░ if it s Lake ░░░░░░░░ candidate on the Democrat ░░░░░░░░ a little bit to ░░░░░░░░ left one a little ░░░░░░░░ to the right the ░░░░░░░░ not losing out on ░░░░░░░░ centrist choice and it ░░░░░░░░ 3 for Biden last ░░░░░░░░ So this is going ░░░░░░░░ be I suspect the ░░░░░░░░ up of toss up ░░░░░░░░ with a really interesting ░░░░░░░░ But you know these ░░░░░░░░ are still taking shape ░░░░░░░░ know I saw a ░░░░░░░░ of blue on that ░░░░░░░░ I m not sure ░░░░░░░░ Republicans have a lot ░░░░░░░░ guaranteed gains at this ░░░░░░░░ except West Virginia ROBERTS ░░░░░░░░ that idea that Kyrsten ░░░░░░░░ was diluting the Democratic ░░░░░░░░ I talked about that ░░░░░░░░ Steven but he seemed ░░░░░░░░ think that it wouldn ░░░░░░░░ be that much and ░░░░░░░░ Lake would actually probably ░░░░░░░░ I want to ask ░░░░░░░░ this question though Steven ░░░░░░░░ kind of coattails do ░░░░░░░░ think President Trump has ░░░░░░░░ year 2022 he went ░░░░░░░░ 34 in the overall ░░░░░░░░ races he went 46 ░░░░░░░░ so not quite as ░░░░░░░░ sided How do you ░░░░░░░░ he ll do this ░░░░░░░░ LAW Well I think ░░░░░░░░ much of what defines ░░░░░░░░ outcome of the Senate ░░░░░░░░ really races across the ░░░░░░░░ is the political terrain ░░░░░░░░ our top three races ░░░░░░░░ Virginia Ohio and Montana ░░░░░░░░ all be won by ░░░░░░░░ Trump at the top ░░░░░░░░ the ticket in fact ░░░░░░░░ significantly large margins that ░░░░░░░░ candidates will do very ░░░░░░░░ in those three states ░░░░░░░░ we win those three ░░░░░░░░ win the Senate And ░░░░░░░░ think if you look ░░░░░░░░ at that next tier ░░░░░░░░ can see Trump picking ░░░░░░░░ a state like Wisconsin ░░░░░░░░ Pennsylvania maybe Michigan or ░░░░░░░░ enough at least where ░░░░░░░░ have good candidates people ░░░░░░░░ Dave McCormick and Eric ░░░░░░░░ and potentially Mike Rogers ░░░░░░░░ in a primary at ░░░░░░░░ point then we can ░░░░░░░░ competitive in those states ░░░░░░░░ if it s just ░░░░░░░░ But in the top ░░░░░░░░ seats those are states ░░░░░░░░ Trump is going to ░░░░░░░░ by large margins which ░░░░░░░░ help our candidates in ░░░░░░░░ races ROBERTS You know ░░░░░░░░ about the top of ░░░░░░░░ ballot race here for ░░░░░░░░ second Mark because Steven ░░░░░░░░ Michigan The Biden White ░░░░░░░░ is trying to do ░░░░░░░░ it can to try ░░░░░░░░ tell Arab Americans and ░░░░░░░░ in Michigan and other ░░░░░░░░ Hey we are trying ░░░░░░░░ hard as we can ░░░░░░░░ get the situation in ░░░░░░░░ and Gaza solved But ░░░░░░░░ now when you take ░░░░░░░░ look at the results ░░░░░░░░ the primary there is ░░░░░░░░ huge no Biden vote ░░░░░░░░ that state that just ░░░░░░░░ adds up to what ░░░░░░░░ differential was in 2020 ░░░░░░░░ Well look I think ░░░░░░░░ no Biden vote thing ░░░░░░░░ been overblown I mean ░░░░░░░░ were 100 000 votes ░░░░░░░░ a 150 000 difference ░░░░░░░░ I think those voters ░░░░░░░░ are not going to ░░░░░░░░ for Donald Trump they ░░░░░░░░ going to wind up ░░░░░░░░ There is a stark ░░░░░░░░ between them on these ░░░░░░░░ and so I think ░░░░░░░░ registered a protest about ░░░░░░░░ they want But the ░░░░░░░░ voters are ultimately going ░░░░░░░░ decide the state When ░░░░░░░░ look at the map ░░░░░░░░ swing voters you know ░░░░░░░░ issues crime immigration inflation ░░░░░░░░ that s what s ░░░░░░░░ on the top of ░░░░░░░░ minds and I think ░░░░░░░░ to make the difference ░░░░░░░░ If the economy improves ░░░░░░░░ will be in better ░░░░░░░░ ROBERTS Yeah the
