Goldberg standing ovations But ░░░░░░░░ want you to be ░░░░░░░░ The Supreme Court has ░░░░░░░░ ruled unanimously that Colorado ░░░░░░░░ cannot keep you know ░░░░░░░░ off the state s ░░░░░░░░ for engaging in insurrection ░░░░░░░░ that a state cannot ░░░░░░░░ a call that could ░░░░░░░░ a national impact on ░░░░░░░░ federal election Of course ░░░░░░░░ it s about a ░░░░░░░░ s right to choose ░░░░░░░░ let s not get ░░░░░░░░ that What do you ░░░░░░░░ think of this I ░░░░░░░░ is anybody surprised by ░░░░░░░░ decision NAVARRO No HOSTIN ░░░░░░░░ And I actually think ░░░░░░░░ was the right decision ░░░░░░░░ make because it would ░░░░░░░░ you know if Colorado ░░░░░░░░ been allowed to do ░░░░░░░░ we d have this ░░░░░░░░ sort of process where ░░░░░░░░ have 50 states and ░░░░░░░░ are choosing to put ░░░░░░░░ on the ballot and ░░░░░░░░ are choosing not to ░░░░░░░░ them on the ballot ░░░░░░░░ that s why this ░░░░░░░░ decision was unanimous in ░░░░░░░░ But if you read ░░░░░░░░ dissent by Justice Justices ░░░░░░░░ and Kagan and also ░░░░░░░░ they are saying the ░░░░░░░░ Court went too far ░░░░░░░░ because they answered a ░░░░░░░░ that wasn t before ░░░░░░░░ The only question that ░░░░░░░░ before this court was ░░░░░░░░ a state do this ░░░░░░░░ what they did was ░░░░░░░░ insulated all alleged insurrectionists ░░░░░░░░ future challenges to their ░░░░░░░░ federal office And it ░░░░░░░░ a tenant of Supreme ░░░░░░░░ law I am a ░░░░░░░░ Court admitted a bar ░░░░░░░░ attorney It says what ░░░░░░░░ does today the court ░░░░░░░░ have left undone And ░░░░░░░░ always learn that in ░░░░░░░░ school The Supreme Court ░░░░░░░░ just answer the question ░░░░░░░░ them And I have ░░░░░░░░ too much I had ░░░░░░░░ too much hope that ░░░░░░░░ court would be united ░░░░░░░░ this and not overstep ░░░░░░░░ favor of Donald Trump ░░░░░░░░ I think what we ░░░░░░░░ was a court were ░░░░░░░░ that behaved in a ░░░░░░░░ manner And that disappoints ░░░░░░░░
