FRAM All too often ░░░░░░░░ hear leaders talk about ░░░░░░░░ everyone with dignity and ░░░░░░░░ like it s an ░░░░░░░░ goal That s not ░░░░░░░░ enough Dignity and respect ░░░░░░░░ the bare minimum It ░░░░░░░░ the floor of where ░░░░░░░░ can be We must ░░░░░░░░ our sights higher and ░░░░░░░░ on intentional inclusivity because ░░░░░░░░ are still far too ░░░░░░░░ people out there not ░░░░░░░░ LGBTQ individuals that feel ░░░░░░░░ shut out or discriminated ░░░░░░░░ So for all of ░░░░░░░░ out there I ask ░░░░░░░░ to set out your ░░░░░░░░ of pride share your ░░░░░░░░ in your email particularly ░░░░░░░░ you re a person ░░░░░░░░ doesn t think they ░░░░░░░░ to initiate difficult conversations ░░░░░░░░ racial and gender barriers ░░░░░░░░ share a bit of ░░░░░░░░ vulnerability in a way ░░░░░░░░ draws others in You ░░░░░░░░ have the power to ░░░░░░░░ intentionally inclusive actions to ░░░░░░░░ the multiple perspectives that ░░░░░░░░ know make us stronger ░░░░░░░░ we devise winning warfighting ░░░░░░░░ get heard.”
