Colorado tackling the ░░░░░░░░ basic question of whether ░░░░░░░░ 14th Amendment applies to ░░░░░░░░ Trump How do we ░░░░░░░░ sense of these divergent ░░░░░░░░ Are a wonderful tapestry ░░░░░░░░ American federalism And they ░░░░░░░░ ballot access questions differently ░░░░░░░░ Colorado courts that held ░░░░░░░░ under the laws of ░░░░░░░░ state an act by ░░░░░░░░ states legislature they do ░░░░░░░░ the power under the ░░░░░░░░ States constitution to determine ░░░░░░░░ Trump was an insurrectionist ░░░░░░░░ made that determination And ░░░░░░░░ the 14th Amendment to ░░░░░░░░ United States ░░░░░░░░ be made But very ░░░░░░░░ in Michigan this was ░░░░░░░░ the primary election only ░░░░░░░░ have left open the ░░░░░░░░ of whether the general ░░░░░░░░ could have a different ░░░░░░░░ under the laws of ░░░░░░░░ state So this Supreme ░░░░░░░░ is going to begin ░░░░░░░░ this with the Colorado ░░░░░░░░ And overall what we ░░░░░░░░ seeing with all these ░░░░░░░░ stories is American checks ░░░░░░░░ balances inaction as they ░░░░░░░░ to grapple with a ░░░░░░░░ candidate who allegedly previously ░░░░░░░░ those same powers he ░░░░░░░░ to obtain and wants ░░░░░░░░ to attempt to overthrow ░░░░░░░░ democratic election That is ░░░░░░░░ we are seeing all ░░░░░░░░ these legal matters across ░░░░░░░░ country Today s legal ░░░░░░░░ did leave the door ░░░░░░░░ to these huge 14th ░░░░░░░░ challenges If Trump ends ░░░░░░░░ becoming the GOP nominee ░░░░░░░░ at this point looks ░░░░░░░░ it could very well ░░░░░░░░ Now the group behind ░░░░░░░░ challenge today they vowed ░░░░░░░░ keep fighting this issue ░░░░░░░░ a later stage Do ░░░░░░░░ think that we will ░░░░░░░░ this come up again ░░░░░░░░ the general election Or ░░░░░░░░ do you think we ░░░░░░░░ see the Supreme Court ░░░░░░░░
