CRAMER You know it ░░░░░░░░ at the university level ░░░░░░░░ individuals and we ll ░░░░░░░░ about that but allocations ░░░░░░░░ I was at Harvard ░░░░░░░░ fought hard to not ░░░░░░░░ any money to companies ░░░░░░░░ were doing business in ░░░░░░░░ Africa FINK Yes CRAMER ░░░░░░░░ I didn t think ░░░░░░░░ was any issue about ░░░░░░░░ I helped lead the ░░░░░░░░ because I felt that ░░░░░░░░ had slaves basically it ░░░░░░░░ slaves I think there ░░░░░░░░ other countries other schools ░░░░░░░░ now where there are ░░░░░░░░ who very much divest ░░░░░░░░ any company that deals ░░░░░░░░ Israel works in Israel ░░░░░░░░ you seeing that as ░░░░░░░░ of your funds flow ░░░░░░░░ We have the largest ░░░░░░░░ in Israel so there ░░░░░░░░ been outflows in the ░░░░░░░░ few days That s ░░░░░░░░ de risky CRAMER No ░░░░░░░░ s absolutely FINK And ░░░░░░░░ shekel has declined That ░░░░░░░░ just a market action ░░░░░░░░ answer is clearly no ░░░░░░░░ am not we are ░░░░░░░░ seeing anybody looking to ░░░░░░░░ from Israel for political ░░░░░░░░ Okay For economic reasons ░░░░░░░░ the short run that ░░░░░░░░ the beauty of ETF ░░░░░░░░ s a market sentiment ░░░░░░░░ So you can see ░░░░░░░░ day how the market ░░░░░░░░ moving And that ETF ░░░░░░░░ re seeing some outflows ░░░░░░░░ and that s more ░░░░░░░░ a market sentiment issue ░░░░░░░░ you know so they ░░░░░░░░ going to have to ░░░░░░░░ spending a lot more ░░░░░░░░ on military and so ░░░░░░░░ investments in tech and ░░░░░░░░ that stuff will be ░░░░░░░░ down So look it ░░░░░░░░ is bad CRAMER Yeah ░░░░░░░░ is it good for?”
