Hillary Well you saw ░░░░░░░░ number of Republicans who ░░░░░░░░ along with Democrats to ░░░░░░░░ the government open so ░░░░░░░░ s clearly a commonsense ░░░░░░░░ part of the Republican ░░░░░░░░ in the House But ░░░░░░░░ think they are intimidated ░░░░░░░░ oftentimes you know say ░░░░░░░░ do things which they ░░░░░░░░ better than to say ░░░░░░░░ do and it will ░░░░░░░░ us defeating those most ░░░░░░░░ measures and the people ░░░░░░░░ promote them in order ░░░░░░░░ try to get to ░░░░░░░░ common ground where people ░░░░░░░░ again work together That ░░░░░░░░ the way it used ░░░░░░░░ be I mean we ░░░░░░░░ very strong partisans in ░░░░░░░░ parties in the past ░░░░░░░░ we had very bitter ░░░░░░░░ over all kinds of ░░░░░░░░ gun control and climate ░░░░░░░░ and the economy and ░░░░░░░░ But there wasn t ░░░░░░░░ little tail of extremism ░░░░░░░░ the dog of the ░░░░░░░░ Party as it is ░░░░░░░░ And sadly so many ░░░░░░░░ those extremists those MAGA ░░░░░░░░ take their marching orders ░░░░░░░░ Donald Trump who has ░░░░░░░░ credibility left by any ░░░░░░░░ He s only in ░░░░░░░░ for himself He s ░░░░░░░░ defending himself in civil ░░░░░░░░ and criminal actions And ░░░░░░░░ do they break with ░░░░░░░░ You know because at ░░░░░░░░ point you know maybe ░░░░░░░░ needs to be a ░░░░░░░░ deprogramming of the cult ░░░░░░░░ But something needs to ░░░░░░░░ Amanpour And how do ░░░░░░░░ do that Because you ░░░░░░░░ you need to defeat ░░░░░░░░ by defeating their leader ░░░░░░░░ leader is Donald Trump ░░░░░░░░ you have said that ░░░░░░░░ expect him to be ░░░░░░░░ Republican nominee How does ░░░░░░░░ change at all Hillary ░░░░░░░░ this point I think ░░░░░░░░ he will still likely ░░░░░░░░ the nominee and we ░░░░░░░░ to defeat him and ░░░░░░░░ have to defeat those ░░░░░░░░ are the election deniers ░░░░░░░░ we did in 2020 ░░░░░░░░ 2022 And we have ░░░░░░░░ you know just be ░░░░░░░░ about how we are ░░░░░░░░ to empower the right ░░░░░░░░ inside the Republican Party ░░░░░░░░ know Nancy Pelosi had ░░░░░░░░ majority of five votes ░░░░░░░░ she was speaker Kevin ░░░░░░░░ had a majority of ░░░░░░░░ votes Nancy Pelosi passed ░░░░░░░░ legislation And she clearly ░░░░░░░░ members of her caucus ░░░░░░░░ ranged across a spectrum ░░░░░░░░ political beliefs and ideology ░░░░░░░░ she kept everybody together ░░░░░░░░ she kept everybody focused ░░░░░░░░ the future He couldn ░░░░░░░░ do that So he ░░░░░░░░ a price but more ░░░░░░░░ the country paid a ░░░░░░░░
