░░░░░░░░ How did this happen ░░░░░░░░ the outlines are fairly ░░░░░░░░ known though rarely talked ░░░░░░░░ A small group of ░░░░░░░░ donors mostly in Chicago ░░░░░░░░ that Barack Obama was ░░░░░░░░
