HUNT People who are ░░░░░░░░ receptive to that message ░░░░░░░░ it to heart and ░░░░░░░░ reinforces their prejudices In ░░░░░░░░ minds transpeople either become ░░░░░░░░ to be saved from ░░░░░░░░ or villains to be ░░░░░░░░ One example of this ░░░░░░░░ is the misuse of ░░░░░░░░ term groomer Anti LGBTQ ░░░░░░░░ have appropriated this terminology ░░░░░░░░ by survivors of childhood ░░░░░░░░ abuse and used it ░░░░░░░░ slander LGBTQ people and ░░░░░░░░ allies as predatory harmful ░░░░░░░░ children In reality transpeople ░░░░░░░░ significantly more likely to ░░░░░░░░ the victims of sexual ░░░░░░░░ than perpetrators of it ░░░░░░░░ now this misused terminology ░░░░░░░░ become part of the ░░░░░░░░ discourse around transpeople and ░░░░░░░░ invoked as a reason ░░░░░░░░ further restrict our rights ░░░░░░░░ the name of protecting ░░░░░░░░ This same rhetoric has ░░░░░░░░ been used as justification ░░░░░░░░ violent anti LGBTQ activism ░░░░░░░░ armed protesters have made ░░░░░░░░ attacks or attempts of ░░░░░░░░ against family friendly pride ░░░░░░░░ and drag performances around ░░░░░░░░ country Even hospitals have ░░░░░░░░ targeted with bomb threats ░░░░░░░░ intimidation tactics Based on ░░░░░░░░ media figures spreading baseless ░░░░░░░░ the providers are in ░░░░░░░░ words mutilating children There ░░░░░░░░ a straight line that ░░░░░░░░ be drawn from the ░░░░░░░░ trying to strip transpeople ░░░░░░░░ our human rights to ░░░░░░░░ increasingly hostile and inflammatory ░░░░░░░░ portraying us as a ░░░░░░░░ to society to the ░░░░░░░░ of violence that have ░░░░░░░░ far too many lives ░░░░░░░░ people engaged in these ░░░░░░░░ from the politicians and ░░░░░░░░ figures who normalize the ░░░░░░░░ of transpeople to the ░░░░░░░░ who vilify us on ░░░░░░░░ media to the people ░░░░░░░░ firearms and making bomb ░░░░░░░░ bear culpability for the ░░░░░░░░ that ensues The Williams ░░░░░░░░ estimates there are 1 ░░░░░░░░ million Americans aged 13 ░░░░░░░░ up who are transgender ░░░░░░░░ live in every state ░░░░░░░░ the nation We are ░░░░░░░░ We are your barista —“
