RUSH TRANSCRIPT Gas prices ░░░░░░░░ in the United States ░░░░░░░░ continuing their downward slide ░░░░░░░░ now on this the ░░░░░░░░ of a new inflation ░░░░░░░░ Give us the latest ░░░░░░░░ where gas prices stand ░░░░░░░░ how much that s ░░░░░░░░ the economy reporter wolf ░░░░░░░░ have seen 90 straight ░░░░░░░░ of falling gas prices ░░░░░░░░ is good news for ░░░░░░░░ S Consumers Today we ░░░░░░░░ at 3 72 a ░░░░░░░░ That is a substantial ░░░░░░░░ from where we were ░░░░░░░░ June of just this ░░░░░░░░ when we set an ░░░░░░░░ time record of 5 ░░░░░░░░ a gallon But it ░░░░░░░░ not quite where we ░░░░░░░░ a year ago when ░░░░░░░░ prices were at 3 ░░░░░░░░ a gallon And this ░░░░░░░░ all happening because we ░░░░░░░░ seeing lower prices of ░░░░░░░░ and that s on ░░░░░░░░ of a recession but ░░░░░░░░ because over the summer ░░░░░░░░ gas prices were so ░░░░░░░░ wolf people weren t ░░░░░░░░ as much So that ░░░░░░░░ for gas shifted down ░░░░░░░░ And this is coming ░░░░░░░░ you mentioned on the ░░░░░░░░ of this CPI report ░░░░░░░░ s that key inflation ░░░░░░░░ that we ve been ░░░░░░░░ Gas price comesing down ░░░░░░░░ going to be making ░░░░░░░░ impact Experts estimate that ░░░░░░░░ re going to see ░░░░░░░░ month over month drop ░░░░░░░░ inflation That s because ░░░░░░░░ and energy makes up ░░░░░░░░ much of that report ░░░░░░░░ And this is really ░░░░░░░░ signal to the Federal ░░░░░░░░ which is scheduled to ░░░░░░░░ next week They are ░░░░░░░░ to make an aggressive ░░░░░░░░ rate hike but if ░░░░░░░░ keep seeing these falling ░░░░░░░░ prices and these cooling ░░░░░░░░ reports we could see ░░░░░░░░ Federal Reserve wolf start ░░░░░░░░ pull back on these ░░░░░░░░ interest rate hikes.
