that led to multiple ░░░░░░░░ charges in fact being ░░░░░░░░ against that business and ░░░░░░░░ Trump s chief financial ░░░░░░░░ Now a special grand ░░░░░░░░ is reportedly being convened ░░░░░░░░ the criminal investigation into ░░░░░░░░ personally in Georgia We ░░░░░░░░ t know if Trump ░░░░░░░░ will be charged in ░░░░░░░░ regard but if you ░░░░░░░░ the target of that ░░░░░░░░ investigation and you found ░░░░░░░░ a special grand jury ░░░░░░░░ being convened specifically to ░░░░░░░░ at the evidence in ░░░░░░░░ case that would probably ░░░░░░░░ a bad day not ░░░░░░░░ good day This news ░░░░░░░░ as a recent report ░░░░░░░░ several legal experts laid ░░░░░░░░ in stark detail a ░░░░░░░░ of serious crimes Trump ░░░░░░░░ potentially face in Georgia ░░░░░░░░ his alleged behavior is ░░░░░░░░ out by district attorney ░░░░░░░░ Fulton County who is ░░░░░░░░ this case You also ░░░░░░░░ what it means to ░░░░░░░░ a special grand jury ░░░░░░░░ what appears to be ░░░░░░░░ somewhat complex case like ░░░░░░░░ What do you think ░░░░░░░░ American people should understand ░░░░░░░░ this reporting and its ░░░░░░░░ So first of all ░░░░░░░░ want people know that ░░░░░░░░ is a topnotch prosecutor ░░░░░░░░ has been called for ░░░░░░░░ time such as this ░░░░░░░░ has the experience handling ░░░░░░░░ profile complex cases She ░░░░░░░░ handled RICO cases before ░░░░░░░░ she s assembled a ░░░░░░░░ staff to assist her ░░░░░░░░ the investigation in this ░░░░░░░░ That investigation as it ░░░░░░░░ been reported includes getting ░░░░░░░░ special grand jury here ░░░░░░░░ she may seek a ░░░░░░░░ grand jury we ░░░░░░░░ the prosecutor is investigating ░░░░░░░░ would what about a ░░░░░░░░ case would lead you ░░░░░░░░ use that kind of ░░░░░░░░ tool Well usually it ░░░░░░░░ a case where you ░░░░░░░░ a lot of witnesses ░░░░░░░░ lot of documents to ░░░░░░░░ able to go through ░░░░░░░░ you want to be ░░░░░░░░ to have the tools ░░░░░░░░ be able to subpoena ░░░░░░░░ witnesses to come in ░░░░░░░░ talk to the grand ░░░░░░░░ about what they know ░░░░░░░░ they saw how they ░░░░░░░░ in some in instances ░░░░░░░░ on the type of ░░░░░░░░ that is being nfgt ░░░░░░░░ and then obviously have ░░░░░░░░ grand jurors review all ░░░░░░░░ the documentation whether it ░░░░░░░░ written documents whether it ░░░░░░░░ audio tapes whether it ░░░░░░░░ any tape of other ░░░░░░░░ that could bring to ░░░░░░░░ on the facts that ░░░░░░░░ re investigating This report ░░░░░░░░ brookings which you co ░░░░░░░░ concluded that former President ░░░░░░░░ is at substantial risk ░░░░░░░░ facing a whole array ░░░░░░░░ charges that range from ░░░░░░░░ to commit election fraud ░░░░░░░░ to racketeering charges which ░░░░░░░░ course is a very ░░░░░░░░ concept the idea that ░░░░░░░░ might face RICO charges ░░░░░░░░ you and your co ░░░░░░░░ looked at what is ░░░░░░░░ about this case and ░░░░░░░░ to lay out that ░░░░░░░░ of potential charges were ░░░░░░░░ looking specifically at just ░░░░░░░░ infamous call to the ░░░░░░░░ of ░░░░░░░░ mentioned earlier some of ░░░░░░░░ calls that were made ░░░░░░░░ the governor in addition ░░░░░░░░ the secretary of state ░░░░░░░░ that were made to ░░░░░░░░ attorney general visits by ░░░░░░░░ Meadows and others to ░░░░░░░░ county We looked at ░░░░░░░░ of the publicly available ░░░░░░░░ And again what we ░░░░░░░░ conclusion we came to ░░░░░░░░ that there may be ░░░░░░░░ substantial risk of prosecution ░░░░░░░░ that decision is up ░░░░░░░░ the district attorney as ░░░░░░░░ just noted she has ░░░░░░░░ ability to dig deeper ░░░░░░░░ what is publicly available ░░░░░░░░ we defer to her ░░░░░░░░ terms of making the ░░░░░░░░ decision as to what ░░░░░░░░ if any should be ░░░░░░░░ But our scope was ░░░░░░░░ look at all of ░░░░░░░░ information not just the ░░░░░░░░ 2nd phone call
