░░░░░░░░ men and women who ░░░░░░░░ fighting and serving our ░░░░░░░░ Mr Blinken has been ░░░░░░░░ foreign policy adviser to ░░░░░░░░ President Biden since his ░░░░░░░░ in the Senate but ░░░░░░░░ Robert Gates has noted ░░░░░░░░ Biden has been wrong ░░░░░░░░ nearly every major foreign ░░░░░░░░ and national security issue ░░░░░░░░ the past four decades ░░░░░░░░ the Special Operations Fund
