PERINO A year ago ░░░░░░░░ signed a law that ░░░░░░░░ eliminate the death penalty ░░░░░░░░ Colorado Any regrets about ░░░░░░░░ POLIS Well part of ░░░░░░░░ problem we have with ░░░░░░░░ death penalty and I ░░░░░░░░ fine with with having ░░░░░░░░ death penalty if it ░░░░░░░░ applied equally we had ░░░░░░░░ Aurora theater shooting perpetrator ░░░░░░░░ killed 12 people The ░░░░░░░░ didn t give him ░░░░░░░░ death penalty And we ░░░░░░░░ people that killed one ░░░░░░░░ two people that were ░░░░░░░░ the death penalty on ░░░░░░░░ trial So it didn ░░░░░░░░ make any sense This ░░░░░░░░ probably wouldn t have ░░░░░░░░ the death penalty I ░░░░░░░░ if you re going ░░░░░░░░ have a death penalty ░░░░░░░░ ve got to have ░░░░░░░░ criteria and you say ░░░░░░░░ is it if you ░░░░░░░░ how many people do ░░░░░░░░ get it It is ░░░░░░░░ really destroys the public ░░░░░░░░ if somebody who kills ░░░░░░░░ people doesn t get ░░░░░░░░ and somebody who kills ░░░░░░░░ person gets it PERINO ░░░░░░░░ see POLIS So that ░░░░░░░░ be my advice to ░░░░░░░░ states with regards to ░░░░░░░░ death penalty.”
