campaign in ░░░░░░░░ He is currently a ░░░░░░░░ at the law firm ░░░░░░░░ Harvey Binnall Mr Binnall ░░░░░░░░ Thank you Mr Chairman ░░░░░░░░ member Peters JOHNSON I ░░░░░░░░ t hear you BINNALL ░░░░░░░░ we go Thank you ░░░░░░░░ Chairman ranking member Peters ░░░░░░░░ members of the committee ░░░░░░░░ year thousands upon thousands ░░░░░░░░ Nevada voters had their ░░░░░░░░ canceled out by election ░░░░░░░░ and invalid ballots Here ░░░░░░░░ how it happened On ░░░░░░░░ 3rd 2020 after a ░░░░░░░░ special session Nevada legislators ░░░░░░░░ drastic changes to the ░░░░░░░░ s election law by ░░░░░░░░ a bill known as ░░░░░░░░ 4 The vulnerabilities of ░░░░░░░░ statute were obvious They ░░░░░░░░ for universal mail voting ░░░░░░░░ sufficient safeguards to authenticate ░░░░░░░░ or insure the fundamental ░░░░░░░░ that only one ballot ░░░░░░░░ sent to each legally ░░░░░░░░ voter This was aggravated ░░░░░░░░ election officials failure to ░░░░░░░░ known deficiencies in their ░░░░░░░░ rolls Because of AB4 ░░░░░░░░ number of mail ballots ░░░░░░░░ from about 70 000 ░░░░░░░░ 2016 to over 690 ░░░░░░░░ this year The election ░░░░░░░░ inevitably riddled with fraud ░░░░░░░░ our hotline never stop ░░░░░░░░ While the media and ░░░░░░░░ accuse us of making ░░░░░░░░ all up our team ░░░░░░░░ chasing down every lead ░░░░░░░░ evidence came both from ░░░░░░░░ scientists and from brave ░░░░░░░░ Here s what we ░░░░░░░░ Over 42 000 42 ░░░░░░░░ people voted more than ░░░░░░░░ Our experts were able ░░░░░░░░ make this determination by ░░░░░░░░ the list of actual ░░░░░░░░ and comparing it to ░░░░░░░░ voters with the same ░░░░░░░░ address and date of ░░░░░░░░ This method was also ░░░░░░░░ to catch people using ░░░░░░░░ variations of their first ░░░░░░░░ such as William and ░░░░░░░░ and individuals who registered ░░░░░░░░ under a married name ░░░░░░░░ maiden name At least ░░░░░░░░ 5000 dead people are ░░░░░░░░ as voting as shown ░░░░░░░░ comparing the list of ░░░░░░░░ voters with the Social ░░░░░░░░ death records More than ░░░░░░░░ 000 people voted even ░░░░░░░░ they didn t live ░░░░░░░░ Nevada This does not ░░░░░░░░ military voters or students ░░░░░░░░ voters were identified by ░░░░░░░░ the list of voters ░░░░░░░░ the U S Postal ░░░░░░░░ s national change of ░░░░░░░░ database among other sources ░░░░░░░░ 8 000 people voted ░░░░░░░░ nonexistent addresses Here we ░░░░░░░░ reference voters with the ░░░░░░░░ accuracy support system which ░░░░░░░░ our experts to identify ░░░░░░░░ addresses Over 15 000 ░░░░░░░░ were cast from commercial ░░░░░░░░ vacant addresses Our experts ░░░░░░░░ these voters by analyzing ░░░░░░░░ U S Postal Service ░░░░░░░░ that flag non residential ░░░░░░░░ and addresses vacant for ░░░░░░░░ than 90 days Incredibly ░░░░░░░░ 4 000 non citizens ░░░░░░░░ voted as determined by ░░░░░░░░ official DMV records of ░░░░░░░░ citizens to the list ░░░░░░░░ actual voters in the ░░░░░░░░ election The list goes ░░░░░░░░ All in all our ░░░░░░░░ identified 130 000 unique ░░░░░░░░ of voter fraud in ░░░░░░░░ but the actual number ░░░░░░░░ almost certainly higher Our ░░░░░░░░ scientists made these calculations ░░░░░░░░ by estimations or statistical ░░░░░░░░ but by analyzing and ░░░░░░░░ the list of actual ░░░░░░░░ with other lists most ░░░░░░░░ which are publicly available ░░░░░░░░ put it simply they ░░░░░░░░ their methods so others ░░░░░░░░ check their work Our ░░░░░░░░ has never been refuted ░░░░░░░░ ignored Two Clark County ░░░░░░░░ employees came forward completely ░░░░░░░░ of each other and ░░░░░░░░ that they discovered that ░░░░░░░░ number of votes recorded ░░░░░░░░ voting machines and stored ░░░░░░░░ USB drives would change ░░░░░░░░ the time the polls ░░░░░░░░ closed at night and ░░░░░░░░ they were re opened ░░░░░░░░ next morning In other ░░░░░░░░ votes were literally appearing ░░░░░░░░ disappearing in the dead ░░░░░░░░ night When we attempted ░░░░░░░░ verify the integrity of ░░░░░░░░ voting machines we were ░░░░░░░░ only a useless visual ░░░░░░░░ of the outside of ░░░░░░░░ USB drive We were ░░░░░░░░ a forensic examination Finally ░░░░░░░░ investigation also uncovered a ░░░░░░░░ to illegally incentivize votes ░░░░░░░░ marginalized populations by requiring ░░░░░░░░ to prove that they ░░░░░░░░ to receive raffle tickets ░░░░░░░░ gift cards televisions and ░░░░░░░░ Our determined team verified ░░░░░░░░ irregularities without any of ░░░░░░░░ tools of law enforcement ░░░░░░░░ as grand jury subpoenas ░░░░░░░░ FBI agents Instead we ░░░░░░░░ less than a month ░░░░░░░░ use critical thinking and ░░░░░░░░ grease to compile our ░░░░░░░░ We tried to obtain ░░░░░░░░ or documents from Clark ░░░░░░░░ officials but they obstructed ░░░░░░░░ stonewalled When we filed ░░░░░░░░ state officials and even ░░░░░░░░ delayed proceeding for days ░░░░░░░░ then offered us merely ░░░░░░░░ to brief and argue ░░░░░░░░ cases And wrapping up ░░░░░░░░ Chairman these findings are ░░░░░░░░ alarming and unacceptable in ░░░░░░░░ free society Our free ░░░░░░░░ fair election tradition is ░░░░░░░░ precious treasure that we ░░░░░░░░ charged with protecting Government ░░░░░░░░ the consent of the ░░░░░░░░ is hard to win
