Jesse Binnall: The Election in Nevada Was Riddled with Fraud

BINNALL Thank you Mr ░░░░░░░░ Ranking Member Peters there ░░░░░░░░ go Thank you Mr ░░░░░░░░ Ranking Member Peters and ░░░░░░░░ members of the committee ░░░░░░░░ year thousands upon those ░░░░░░░░ Nevada voters had their ░░░░░░░░ canceled out by election ░░░░░░░░ and invalid ballots Here ░░░░░░░░ how it happened On ░░░░░░░░ 3rd 2020 after a ░░░░░░░░ special session Nevada legislators ░░░░░░░░ drastic changes to the ░░░░░░░░ s election law by ░░░░░░░░ a bill known as ░░░░░░░░ The vulnerabilities of this ░░░░░░░░ were obvious It provided ░░░░░░░░ universal mail voting without ░░░░░░░░ safeguards to authenticate voters ░░░░░░░░ insure the fundamental requirement ░░░░░░░░ only one ballot was ░░░░░░░░ to each legally qualified ░░░░░░░░ This was aggravated by ░░░░░░░░ officials failure to clean ░░░░░░░░ deficiencies in their voter ░░░░░░░░ Because of AB4 the ░░░░░░░░ of mail ballots rocketed ░░░░░░░░ about 70 000 in ░░░░░░░░ to over 690 000 ░░░░░░░░ year The election was ░░░░░░░░ riddled with fraud and ░░░░░░░░ hotline never stopped ringing ░░░░░░░░ the media and Democrats ░░░░░░░░ us of making it ░░░░░░░░ up our team began ░░░░░░░░ down every lead Our ░░░░░░░░ came both from shown ░░░░░░░░ comparing the list of ░░░░░░░░ voters with the Social ░░░░░░░░ death records More than ░░░░░░░░ 000 people voted even ░░░░░░░░ they didn t live ░░░░░░░░ Nevada This does not ░░░░░░░░ military voters or students ░░░░░░░░ voters were identified by ░░░░░░░░ the list of voters ░░░░░░░░ a U S postal ░░░░░░░░ national change of address ░░░░░░░░ among other sources About ░░░░░░░░ 000 people voted from ░░░░░░░░ existent addresses Here we ░░░░░░░░ referenced voters with the ░░░░░░░░ accuracy support system which ░░░░░░░░ our experts to identify ░░░░░░░░ addresses Over 15 000 ░░░░░░░░ were cast from commercial ░░░░░░░░ vacant addresses Our experts ░░░░░░░░ these voters by analyzing ░░░░░░░░ U S postal service ░░░░░░░░ that flag non residential ░░░░░░░░ and addresses vacant for ░░░░░░░░ than 90 days Incredibly ░░░░░░░░ 4 000 non citizens ░░░░░░░░ voted as determined by ░░░░░░░░ official DMV records of ░░░░░░░░ citizens to the list ░░░░░░░░ actual voters in the ░░░░░░░░ election The list goes ░░░░░░░░ All in all our ░░░░░░░░ identified 130 000 unique ░░░░░░░░ of voter fraud in ░░░░░░░░ But the actual number ░░░░░░░░ almost certainly higher Our ░░░░░░░░ scientists made these calculations ░░░░░░░░ by estimations or statistical ░░░░░░░░ but by analyzing and ░░░░░░░░ the list of actual ░░░░░░░░ with other lists most ░░░░░░░░ which are publicly available ░░░░░░░░ put it simply they ░░░░░░░░ their methods so others ░░░░░░░░ check their work Our ░░░░░░░░ has never been refuted ░░░░░░░░ ignored Two Clark County ░░░░░░░░ employees came forward completely ░░░░░░░░ of each other and ░░░░░░░░ that they discovered the ░░░░░░░░ of votes recorded by ░░░░░░░░ machines and stored on ░░░░░░░░ drives would change between ░░░░░░░░ time the polls were ░░░░░░░░ at night ░░░░░░░░ votes from marginalized populations ░░░░░░░░ requiring people to prove ░░░░░░░░ they voted to receive ░░░░░░░░ tickets for gift cards ░░░░░░░░ and more Our determined ░░░░░░░░ verified these irregularities without ░░░░░░░░ of the tools of ░░░░░░░░ enforcements such is grand ░░░░░░░░ subpoenas or FBI agents ░░░░░░░░ we had less than ░░░░░░░░ month used critical thinking ░░░░░░░░ elbow grease to compile ░░░░░░░░ evidence We tried to ░░░░░░░░ testimony or documents from ░░░░░░░░ County officials but they ░░░░░░░░ and stonewalled When we ░░░░░░░░ suit state officials and ░░░░░░░░ courts delayed proceedings to ░░░░░░░░ and offered us merely ░░░░░░░░ to brief and argue ░░░░░░░░ cases In wrapping up ░░░░░░░░ Chairman these findings are ░░░░░░░░ alarming unacceptable in a ░░░░░░░░ society Our free and ░░░░░░░░ election tradition is a ░░░░░░░░ treasure that we are ░░░░░░░░ with protecting Government by ░░░░░░░░ consent of the government ░░░░░░░░ is hard to win ░░░░░░░░ easy to lose Every ░░░░░░░░ time a fraudulent or ░░░░░░░░ vote is cast the ░░░░░░░░ of an honest citizen ░░░░░░░░ canceled out.
