RUSH TRANSCRIPT Members please ░░░░░░░░ me in welcoming pastor ░░░░░░░░ Rome who will lead ░░░░░░░░ in our invocation today ░░░░░░░░ So here you all ░░░░░░░░ You have shown up ░░░░░░░░ part of a clinical ░░░░░░░░ longing for justice enjoy ░░░░░░░░ all people and creation ░░░░░░░░ showing up means that ░░░░░░░░ people of hope hope ░░░░░░░░ the world to turn ░░░░░░░░ and access of love ░░░░░░░░ in my spiritual tradition ░░░░░░░░ the love of neighbor ░░░░░░░░ came from its founding ░░░░░░░░ sibling tradition Love of ░░░░░░░░ is part of some ░░░░░░░░ of faith and wisdom ░░░░░░░░ doesn t just mean ░░░░░░░░ person living in the ░░░░░░░░ or the house or ░░░░░░░░ tent next to you ░░░░░░░░ means all human beings ░░░░░░░░ are a nation of ░░░░░░░░ neighbors to love Often ░░░░░░░░ as a feeling or ░░░░░░░░ idea but love is ░░░░░░░░ When neighbors are oppressed ░░░░░░░░ the door hurt we ░░░░░░░░ in love for those ░░░░░░░░ When our neighbors needs ░░░░░░░░ not protected or presided ░░░░░░░░ we must act in ░░░░░░░░ for those neighbors Being ░░░░░░░░ neighbor is messy and ░░░░░░░░ Being a neighbor means ░░░░░░░░ to wrong and working ░░░░░░░░ reparation and reconciliation Being ░░░░░░░░ neighbor both breaks my ░░░░░░░░ and keeps it beating ░░░░░░░░ me being a neighbor ░░░░░░░░ everything It s what ░░░░░░░░ m called to be ░░░░░░░░ all my fault then ░░░░░░░░ with all my gifts ░░░░░░░░ with all my life ░░░░░░░░ imagine that you will ░░░░░░░░ having complicated conversations and ░░░░░░░░ making difficult decisions Yet ░░░░░░░░ it all is something ░░░░░░░░ simple You are here ░░░░░░░░ love your neighbors To ░░░░░░░░ loving action for your ░░░░░░░░ to move our nation ░░░░░░░░ love made known in ░░░░░░░░ dignity and compassion for ░░░░░░░░ So as you gather ░░░░░░░░ would you do in ░░░░░░░░ next days to care ░░░░░░░░ your neighbors your state ░░░░░░░░ nation the world and ░░░░░░░░ itself In the presence ░░░░░░░░ what is utterly divine ░░░░░░░░ deeply human may love ░░░░░░░░ the heart of your ░░░░░░░░ together.
