people who are paying ░░░░░░░░ student loan debt are ░░░░░░░░ that this is available ░░░░░░░░ them this is part ░░░░░░░░ a package of thing ░░░░░░░░ the president has been ░░░░░░░░ in for multiple years ░░░░░░░░ and to make sure ░░░░░░░░ are both driving down ░░░░░░░░ cost of college and ░░░░░░░░ students manage their debt ░░░░░░░░ can see these kinds ░░░░░░░░ provisions that do not ░░░░░░░░ up costing funds in ░░░░░░░░ end this is both ░░░░░░░░ for the government programs ░░░░░░░░ especially good for students ░░░░░░░░ helping them manage their ░░░░░░░░ as you said the ░░░░░░░░ student graduates with about ░░░░░░░░ 000 of debt that ░░░░░░░░ a big impact not ░░░░░░░░ on them and on ░░░░░░░░ futures but on the ░░░░░░░░ of us economically we ░░░░░░░░ owe more in student ░░░░░░░░ debt than in credit ░░░░░░░░ debt in this country ░░░░░░░░ excess of 1 trillion ░░░░░░░░ s time to get ░░░░░░░░ under control the reason ░░░░░░░░ this though is not ░░░░░░░░ of high interest rates ░░░░░░░░ reason for this is ░░░░░░░░ ridiculous cost and the ░░░░░░░░ in tuition costs at ░░░░░░░░ both public and private ░░░░░░░░ have taken place over ░░░░░░░░ last two decades obviously ░░░░░░░░ s not a lot ░░░░░░░░ can be done with ░░░░░░░░ executive action on that ░░░░░░░░ know the president has ░░░░░░░░ these trying to come ░░░░░░░░ with a college affordability ░░░░░░░░ and different things that ░░░░░░░░ have tried to do ░░░░░░░░ is the real problem ░░░░░░░░ is it not well ░░░░░░░░ president has been concerned ░░░░░░░░ this and in fact ░░░░░░░░ year ago you made ░░░░░░░░ announcement about the college ░░░░░░░░ system that s shaking ░░░░░░░░ the higher education sector ░░░░░░░░ is basically insisting that ░░░░░░░░ across higher education start ░░░░░░░░ at what kind of ░░░░░░░░ they re providing for ░░░░░░░░ money and that we ░░░░░░░░ providing better data to ░░░░░░░░ and to parents as ░░░░░░░░ make these decisions we ░░░░░░░░ also putting forward what ░░░░░░░░ re calling gainful employment ░░░░░░░░ on nonprofit colleges to ░░░░░░░░ sure that we re ░░░░░░░░ them accountable because the ░░░░░░░░ of default from students ░░░░░░░░ go to those schools ░░░░░░░░ amount of debt that ░░░░░░░░ owe and the level ░░░░░░░░ preparation that they get ░░░░░░░░ some of those programs ░░░░░░░░ not in line we ░░░░░░░░ operating on multiple fronts ░░░░░░░░ make sure that we ░░░░░░░░ the question of a ░░░░░░░░ college costs and helping ░░░░░░░░ manage their debt well ░░░░░░░░ there a way to ░░░░░░░░ to a point where ░░░░░░░░ can t get a ░░░░░░░░ loan for some universities ░░░░░░░░ say they are charging ░░░░░░░░ much you re not ░░░░░░░░ your best bang for ░░░░░░░░ buck so the federal ░░░░░░░░ says you know what ░░░░░░░░ re not going to ░░░░░░░░ you a stupt loan ░░░░░░░░ go there we ll ░░░░░░░░ you though a loan ░░░░░░░░ go and say in ░░░░░░░░ category of schools are ░░░░░░░░ ever headed a process ░░░░░░░░ that that s exactly ░░░░░░░░ point of the rating ░░░░░░░░ that the president announced ░░░░░░░░ that we re putting ░░░░░░░░ the goal is to ░░░░░░░░ a rating system which ░░░░░░░░ a challenging thing to ░░░░░░░░ but then to ultimately ░░░░░░░░ federal aid to what ░░░░░░░░ rating system shows so ░░░░░░░░ more dollars go to ░░░░░░░░ places that are providing ░░░░░░░░ value that are graduating ░░░░░░░░ on time that students ░░░░░░░░ able to repay their ░░░░░░░░ because they re getting ░░░░░░░░ jobs the proposal is ░░░░░░░░ exactly that the federal ░░░░░░░░ puts in 150 billion ░░░░░░░░ student aid the goal ░░░░░░░░ that that money should ░░░░░░░░ we should be holding ░░░░░░░░ and universities accountable for ░░░░░░░░ we spend that money ░░░░░░░░ we should dedicate those ░░░░░░░░ to the places that ░░░░░░░░ really delivering results how ░░░░░░░░ will we have actual ░░░░░░░░ that is in law ░░░░░░░░ does dothat i know ░░░░░░░░ s the ultimate goal ░░░░░░░░ this something that s ░░░░░░░░ the next two years ░░░░░░░░ this something that s ░░░░░░░░ to take five years ░░░░░░░░ s the hold up ░░░░░░░░ student aid to a ░░░░░░░░ system will take an ░░░░░░░░ of Congress so what ░░░░░░░░ administration is focused on ░░░░░░░░ making sure we build ░░░░░░░░ rating system which is ░░░░░░░░ which uses data wisely ░░░░░░░░ can begin to change ░░░░░░░░ in the higher education ░░░░░░░░ so that ...
