RUSH TRANSCRIPT Let s ░░░░░░░░ about rebuilding from his ░░░░░░░░ North Carolina has had ░░░░░░░░ it Florida has had ░░░░░░░░ do it quite a ░░░░░░░░ times Is it time ░░░░░░░░ put more strings when ░░░░░░░░ comes to rebuilding so ░░░░░░░░ every dollar that s ░░░░░░░░ is done for resiliency ░░░░░░░░ that it s better ░░░░░░░░ the next time and ░░░░░░░░ should pay for that ░░░░░░░░ Carolina has a front ░░░░░░░░ seat when it comes ░░░░░░░░ the effect of climate ░░░░░░░░ and we are making ░░░░░░░░ that we ve become ░░░░░░░░ clean energy safe haven ░░░░░░░░ that we are paying ░░░░░░░░ to resiliency I ve ░░░░░░░░ a climate risk assessment ░░░░░░░░ resiliency plan You have ░░░░░░░░ make tough decisions when ░░░░░░░░ rebuild We ve had ░░░░░░░░ 500 year flood within ░░░░░░░░ months of each other ░░░░░░░░ know that that s ░░░░░░░░ true anymore We know ░░░░░░░░ areas are vulnerable So ░░░░░░░░ we are doing is ░░░░░░░░ sure that we are ░░░░░░░░ strategies like elevation and ░░░░░░░░ buyouts We ve got ░░░░░░░░ local communities that have ░░░░░░░░ hit several times It ░░░░░░░░ just become better to ░░░░░░░░ sure that we create ░░░░░░░░ in a place where ░░░░░░░░ and businesses used to ░░░░░░░░ to soak up water ░░░░░░░░ may come from a ░░░░░░░░ flood and then to ░░░░░░░░ people Those are tough ░░░░░░░░ but they re going ░░░░░░░░ right now We need ░░░░░░░░ make sure our electric ░░░░░░░░ is more resilient I ░░░░░░░░ thankful for the federal ░░░░░░░░ that s come in ░░░░░░░░ arena.
