CARLSON Why would you ░░░░░░░░ something like this You ░░░░░░░░ well known You could ░░░░░░░░ the rest of your ░░░░░░░░ just being I don ░░░░░░░░ know being feted by ░░░░░░░░ people There s absolutely ░░░░░░░░ reason to stick your ░░░░░░░░ in the eye of ░░░░░░░░ people who run the ░░░░░░░░ by writing a book ░░░░░░░░ this but you did ░░░░░░░░ any way Why KENNEDY ░░░░░░░░ I think you know ░░░░░░░░ s happened in this ░░░░░░░░ is kind of this ░░░░░░░░ imposition of totalitarian controls ░░░░░░░░ deconstruction of the Constitution ░░░░░░░░ rise of censorship the ░░░░░░░░ of suppression of religious ░░░░░░░░ of property rights closing ░░░░░░░░ million businesses without just ░░░░░░░░ or due process the ░░░░░░░░ of jury trials which ░░░░░░░░ guaranteed by the Sixth ░░░░░░░░ Seventh Amendment for any ░░░░░░░░ company that hurts you ░░░░░░░░ of it and the ░░░░░░░░ of kind of a ░░░░░░░░ and trace surveillance state ░░░░░░░░ been troubling to people ░░░░░░░░ and Republicans people who ░░░░░░░░ the vaccines and people ░░░░░░░░ oppose them are looking ░░░░░░░░ this and wondering what ░░░░░░░░ happened And I felt ░░░░░░░░ I was in a ░░░░░░░░ position to interpret and ░░░░░░░░ explain to people what ░░░░░░░░ happened I ve been ░░░░░░░░ as an environmental lawyer ░░░░░░░░ 40 years I understand ░░░░░░░░ of these mechanisms of ░░░░░░░░ capture by which regulatory ░░░░░░░░ assert control over the ░░░░░░░░ mean regulated industries assert ░░░░░░░░ over the agencies that ░░░░░░░░ supposed to regulate them ░░░░░░░░ essentially turn them into ░░░░░░░░ puppets And I ve ░░░░░░░░ working on vaccine issues ░░░░░░░░ 2005 and the kind ░░░░░░░░ regulatory capture that you ░░░░░░░░ in that space is ░░░░░░░░ capture on steroids because ░░░░░░░░ agencies FDA gets 45 ░░░░░░░░ its budget from vaccine ░░░░░░░░ and it s a ░░░░░░░░ May I pause you ░░░░░░░░ FDA gets 45 of ░░░░░░░░ budget from vaccine companies ░░░░░░░░ From pharmaceutical companies And ░░░░░░░░ s like as if ░░░░░░░░ got half of its ░░░░░░░░ from the coal companies ░░░░░░░░ you can imagine what ░░░░░░░░ I spent probably 20 ░░░░░░░░ the losses or the ░░░░░░░░ of losses that I ░░░░░░░░ as an environmental lawyer ░░░░░░░░ against EPA for sweetheart ░░░░░░░░ for giving permits to ░░░░░░░░ companies that were illegal ░░░░░░░░ you can imagine how ░░░░░░░░ worse that capture would ░░░░░░░░ if half of EPA ░░░░░░░░ budget came from oil ░░░░░░░░ coal companies that s ░░░░░░░░ you re dealing with ░░░░░░░░ the pharmaceutical space Not ░░░░░░░░ that CDC which is ░░░░░░░░ one of the HHS ░░░░░░░░ spends 4 9 billion ░░░░░░░░ of its 12 billion ░░░░░░░░ buying and distributing vaccines ░░░░░░░░ it s really a ░░░░░░░░ company it s not ░░░░░░░░ regulatory agency That s ░░░░░░░░ 40 of its budget ░░░░░░░░ CDC has vaccine patents ░░░░░░░░ the vaccines that it ░░░░░░░░ pushing they have 57 ░░░░░░░░ patents it s making ░░░░░░░░ off it NIH has ░░░░░░░░ of patents many of ░░░░░░░░ for vaccines For example ░░░░░░░░ Fauci s agency owns ░░░░░░░░ of Moderna patent and ░░░░░░░░ to make billions and ░░░░░░░░ of dollars on sales ░░░░░░░░ the Moderna vaccine Or ░░░░░░░░ Fauci s top aides ░░░░░░░░ have patent rights to ░░░░░░░░ So Tony Fauci can ░░░░░░░░ patent rights to his ░░░░░░░░ you know loyalists within ░░░░░░░░ agency and they then ░░░░░░░░ to keep 150 000 ░░░░░░░░ year for the rest ░░░░░░░░ their lives on a ░░░░░░░░ they re supposed to ░░░░░░░░ regulating Tony Fauci owns ░░░░░░░░ on drugs that he ░░░░░░░░ developed And so you ░░░░░░░░ the regulatory function has ░░░░░░░░ essentially subsumed by the ░░░░░░░░ and mercantile aspects of ░░░░░░░░ production and vaccine manufacturing ░░░░░░░░ vaccine uptake And if ░░░░░░░░ within HHS the way ░░░░░░░░ you get promotions and ░░░░░░░░ and salary bonuses et ░░░░░░░░ it is by contributing ░░░░░░░░ the crusade for vaccine ░░░░░░░░ You do not get ░░░░░░░░ for finding problems with ░░░░░░░░ And that s actually ░░░░░░░░ we as a taxpayer ░░░░░░░░ paying these regulators to ░░░░░░░░ but they re not ░░░░░░░░ it.”
