CUOMO I d like ░░░░░░░░ address several issues today ░░░░░░░░ I ve always started ░░░░░░░░ telling New Yorkers the ░░░░░░░░ before my opinion So ░░░░░░░░ s start New York ░░░░░░░░ with the truth The ░░░░░░░░ general did a report ░░░░░░░░ complaints made against me ░░░░░░░░ certain women for my ░░░░░░░░ The report said I ░░░░░░░░ harassed 11 women That ░░░░░░░░ the headline people heard ░░░░░░░░ saw and reacted to ░░░░░░░░ reaction was outrage It ░░░░░░░░ have been However it ░░░░░░░░ also false My lawyers ░░░░░░░░ you just heard from ░░░░░░░░ Glavin have reviewed the ░░░░░░░░ over the past several ░░░░░░░░ and have already raised ░░░░░░░░ issues and flaws that ░░░░░░░░ concern all New Yorkers ░░░░░░░░ when there s a ░░░░░░░░ or a lack of ░░░░░░░░ in the justice system ░░░░░░░░ is a concern for ░░░░░░░░ Not just those immediately ░░░░░░░░ The most serious allegations ░░░░░░░░ no credible factual basis ░░░░░░░░ the report And there ░░░░░░░░ a difference between alleged ░░░░░░░░ conduct and concluding sexual ░░░░░░░░ Now don t get ░░░░░░░░ wrong This is not ░░░░░░░░ say there are 11 ░░░░░░░░ I truly offended There ░░░░░░░░ And for that I ░░░░░░░░ deeply apologize I thought ░░░░░░░░ hug and putting my ░░░░░░░░ around a staff person ░░░░░░░░ taking a picture was ░░░░░░░░ but she found it ░░░░░░░░ be too forward I ░░░░░░░░ a woman on the ░░░░░░░░ at a wedding and ░░░░░░░░ thought I was being ░░░░░░░░ but she felt that ░░░░░░░░ was too aggressive I ░░░░░░░░ slipped and called people ░░░░░░░░ sweetheart and darling I ░░░░░░░░ it to be endearing ░░░░░░░░ women found it dated ░░░░░░░░ offensive I said on ░░░░░░░░ TV to a doctor ░░░░░░░░ PPE and giving me ░░░░░░░░ Covid nasal swab you ░░░░░░░░ that gown look good ░░░░░░░░ was joking Obviously otherwise ░░░░░░░░ would have have said ░░░░░░░░ on national TV But ░░░░░░░░ found it disrespectful I ░░░░░░░░ full responsibility for my ░░░░░░░░ I have been too ░░░░░░░░ with people My sense ░░░░░░░░ humor can be insensitive ░░░░░░░░ off putting I do ░░░░░░░░ and kiss people casually ░░░░░░░░ and men I have ░░░░░░░░ it all my life ░░░░░░░░ s who I ve ░░░░░░░░ since I can remember ░░░░░░░░ my mind I have ░░░░░░░░ crossed the line with ░░░░░░░░ But I didn t ░░░░░░░░ the extent to which ░░░░░░░░ line has been redrawn ░░░░░░░░ are generational and cultural ░░░░░░░░ that I just didn ░░░░░░░░ fully appreciate And I ░░░░░░░░ have.
