KERRY Well look obviously ░░░░░░░░ are some difficult issues ░░░░░░░░ United States and China ░░░░░░░░ now We all understand ░░░░░░░░ But look China is ░░░░░░░░ a smart country led ░░░░░░░░ people who look very ░░░░░░░░ at these issues and ░░░░░░░░ understand it doesn t ░░░░░░░░ do anybody any good ░░░░░░░░ be you know adamant ░░░░░░░░ one issue or another ░░░░░░░░ you re on a ░░░░░░░░ pact to destroy the ░░░░░░░░ I don t know ░░░░░░░░ good does that do ░░░░░░░░ anybody It just doesn ░░░░░░░░ make sense Of course ░░░░░░░░ has to be a ░░░░░░░░ track Some of those ░░░░░░░░ issues will take longer ░░░░░░░░ work through They don ░░░░░░░░ demand the the same ░░░░░░░░ in some ways with ░░░░░░░░ same kind of broad ░░░░░░░░ on a global basis ░░░░░░░░ the climate crisis does ░░░░░░░░ if we go blast ░░░░░░░░ more tipping points whether ░░░░░░░░ s Greenland and its ░░░░░░░░ sheet or Antarctica or ░░░░░░░░ of the ocean or ░░░░░░░░ level of our storms ░░░░░░░░ their intensity or the ░░░░░░░░ sea level I mean ░░░░░░░░ s so many different ░░░░░░░░ of this that are ░░░░░░░░ to cost trillions upon ░░░░░░░░ of dollars for all ░░░░░░░░ our economies and ultimately ░░░░░░░░ life itself in many ░░░░░░░░ of the planet And ░░░░░░░░ we were sit there ░░░░░░░░ saying Well I m ░░░░░░░░ to fight over this ░░░░░░░░ that s a trade ░░░░░░░░ or a cyber issue ░░░░░░░░ we re going to ░░░░░░░░ about that while the ░░░░░░░░ is falling apart you ░░░░░░░░ really be certifiable And ░░░░░░░░ don t think that ░░░░░░░░ of us want to ░░░░░░░░ into that category.”
