GANNON As I watched ░░░░░░░░ video and listened to ░░░░░░░░ officer s commands it ░░░░░░░░ my belief that the ░░░░░░░░ had the intention to ░░░░░░░░ their taser but instead ░░░░░░░░ Mr Wright with a ░░░░░░░░ bullet This appears to ░░░░░░░░ from what I viewed ░░░░░░░░ the officer s reaction ░░░░░░░░ distress immediately after that ░░░░░░░░ was an accidental discharge ░░░░░░░░ resulted in a tragic ░░░░░░░░ of Mr Wright I ░░░░░░░░ asked the BCA to ░░░░░░░░ an independent investigation into ░░░░░░░░ shooting and death Once ░░░░░░░░ are completed I expect ░░░░░░░░ will submit their findings ░░░░░░░░ of me to the ░░░░░░░░ authorities the appropriate attorneys ░░░░░░░░ will look and review ░░░░░░░░ case I m also ░░░░░░░░ that I do hope ░░░░░░░░ the community to be ░░░░░░░░ and allow this investigation ░░░░░░░░ investigation to be completed ░░░░░░░░ thoroughly as possible.”
