RUSH TRANSCRIPT TAPPER We ░░░░░░░░ seen the violence in ░░░░░░░░ And the shoot the ░░░░░░░░ officer there is African ░░░░░░░░ NUTTER Yeah TAPPER The ░░░░░░░░ is African American NUTTER ░░░░░░░░ TAPPER Does that matter ░░░░░░░░ You know I think ░░░░░░░░ TV and for all ░░░░░░░░ commentary you know there ░░░░░░░░ usually less of a ░░░░░░░░ about inter racial strife ░░░░░░░░ at the end of ░░░░░░░░ day it s about ░░░░░░░░ and community relations regardless ░░░░░░░░ the race of the ░░░░░░░░ and regardless of the ░░░░░░░░ of the officer If ░░░░░░░░ don t trust the ░░░░░░░░ and if the police ░░░░░░░░ scared or not trusting ░░░░░░░░ the citizens you have ░░░░░░░░ much bigger problem Certainly ░░░░░░░░ gets more attention if ░░░░░░░░ is a white officer ░░░░░░░░ an African American mostly ░░░░░░░░ unarmed You get all ░░░░░░░░ that activity going on ░░░░░░░░ the real issue is ░░░░░░░░ are we policing our ░░░░░░░░ and how do people ░░░░░░░░ about police in their ░░░░░░░░ And are we doing ░░░░░░░░ in training in equipment ░░░░░░░░ getting bias out of ░░░░░░░░ respective minds and hearts ░░░░░░░░ s the real question ░░░░░░░░ we need to have ░░░░░░░░ tough conversations about that.”
