“Powerful nations contest the ░░░░░░░░ placed on them by ░░░░░░░░ law This is the ░░░░░░░░ that defines our world ░░░░░░░░ A quarter century after ░░░░░░░░ end of the Cold ░░░░░░░░ the world is by ░░░░░░░░ measures less violent and ░░░░░░░░ prosperous than ever before ░░░░░░░░ yet our societies are ░░░░░░░░ with uncertainty and unease ░░░░░░░░ strife Despite enormous progress ░░░░░░░░ people lose trust in ░░░░░░░░ governing become more difficult ░░░░░░░░ tensions between nations become ░░░░░░░░ quick to surface And ░░░░░░░░ I believe that at ░░░░░░░░ moment we all face ░░░░░░░░ choice We can choose ░░░░░░░░ press forward with a ░░░░░░░░ model of cooperation and ░░░░░░░░ or we can retreat ░░░░░░░░ a world sharply divided ░░░░░░░░ ultimately in conflict along ░░░░░░░░ old lines of nation ░░░░░░░░ tribe and race and ░░░░░░░░ I want to suggest ░░░░░░░░ you today that we ░░░░░░░░ go forward and not ░░░░░░░░ I believe that as ░░░░░░░░ as they are the ░░░░░░░░ of open markets and ░░░░░░░░ governance of democracy and ░░░░░░░░ rights and international law ░░░░░░░░ we have forged remain ░░░░░░░░ firmest foundation for human ░░░░░░░░ in this century.”
