CONNOLLY: "Look, we have a lot of new members. They’re not used to what happens on the floor, and we — that’s an education process. I went through it too as a freshman. And I think threats and intimidation are not the way to deal with colleagues. And I think we need some quiet moments of discussion and persuasion and understand as we move forward."
