BERNSTEIN: "It's not a question of encouragement. So far, we have been seen an incoherent presidency, as well as this whole question of lying. And let's put just aside Russia, that the hallmark of this presidency has been lying by the president of the United States, demonstrable untruths, one after another after another, compulsively. Hopefully, he will that behind him, including having to do with Russia. But the strategy, we have seen no coherent strategy whatsoever about the United States as a world power.
