BOLTON: "The Obama era for American foreign policy is clearly over. If I thought this strike ordered by the president was very measured, very precise. Had a very limited rationale because of the use of chemical weapons. But very effective and I think the message that it sent around the world to adversaries, potential adversaries, China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, will be on the Syria something that needed to be heard and I think it’s going to change a lot of calculations. I don’t think you can underestimate the reverberations were going to see from this."
