MELVIN: "Could it be that when polled, people said are you going to vote for Donald Trump? Absolutely not." 
MOOK: "We haven’t seen that. For whatever reason, the people that were answering the phone and finishing those surveys were more likely to support Hillary Clinton. This was across the board. The Republicans’ polling was different, the media polling. So this is something we need to all look at moving forward."
