Jay Sekulow: Grand Jury Is Needed in the Case of Susan Rice

SEKULOV: "Well, what the attorney general may have done, they need to empanel a grand jury. Dr. Farcus talking about leaks and Loretta lynch, the form attorney general. You can have that going on simultaneously with these congressional investigations. I would have a grand jury here and make it clear that in the United States of America, we don't like unmasking but we really don't like unmasking with an intentional leak. That's where the violation is."
