BRZEZINSKI: “Didn’t want to do it. At the last minute he decided, 'We’re going to do this signing inside,' but he didn’t tell anybody.”
SCARBOROUGH: “I’m just saying, I saw it, but then I’m thinking, this reminds me of a show. Let’s watch this really quickly.”
