Spicer: ‘I Don’t Think We’ve Seen the End of Health Care’

‘We are obviously looking at ways that we can improve not only how we handle healthcare but other things’

EXCERPT:

KARL: "Where does the buck stop for this failure?"
SPICER: "Just to be clear, we are at the beginning of a process. I don’t think we have seen the end of health care. As most people have noted, I think the Obama Administration from beginning to end, ultimately it took about 17 months, went through a series of fits and starts, and it was not until Scott Brown was elected denying them the 60th vote in the Senate that they finally jammed something through. Frankly, a lot of the reason that the Secretary of Health and Human Services has some of the powers that they do is because they had to jam it through. There were several failures when ObamaCare went through during the process, and ultimately they tried to go through a single-payer process and they got rebuffed on that by some of their own members. Look, we are not saying it is the end of health care, but I think we are looking to look for a way forward."
