At that point you can actually appeal to Democrats and say you’ve got to help bail the country out, otherwise, you are being unpatriotic. I think the Democrats would have to do something. I think for conservatives to get tog ether with the Republicans, it is not that hard. Forget about reconciliation. Put in the bill phase one and phase three together. That will get the freedom calculation on board — caucus on board instantly. Tort reform, been waiting 50 years for tort reform."
