RUSH EXCERPT:

NAPOLITANO: "So President Obama could have said to the NSA, I want transcripts of the digital versions of conversations that Donald Trump has had, just as trump could say that today to the NSA, and also an indisputable fact that the NSA has given GCHQ, the British CIA 24/7 access to the database. British CIA has the access to the same digital versions of phone calls that the NSA has."
BOLTON: "I hear what you're saying.
NAPOLITANO: "Those are facts that are beyond dispute. Did the British CIA, the GCHQ actually do this? They say no. Intelligence sources say yes. I don't know if the investigators will get to the bottom of it.
