Pence: Conservatives Can Count on Trump Being a ‘Man of His Word’ When It Comes to Repealing ObamaCare

PENCE: "I think they can count that President Trump is going to be a man of his word. He made a commitment to repeal ObamaCare and replace it with the kind of reforms that would allow Americans to buy health insurance across state lines the way you buy life insurance and car insurance bird by giving states the flexibility to implement reforms in Medicaid a little bit like we did in Indiana. Those programs were — will better serve our most vulnerable citizens. This is part of a healthy debate, healthy dialogue. The president has meeting — been meeting with leaders in the Congress. I have been doing the same. Different than back in 2010 when ObamaCare was literally forced through the Congress with very little debate. What the American people are seeing is what they expect Congress to do and that’s to propose and consider amendments to see if there’s ways to improve legislation. An outcome that will serve the best interests of the American people."
