SPICER: "We believe that the more we talk about the comprehensive three-pronged approach that we have to doing a lot of the things that conservatives have talked about to bring back cost containment, to get people to be more patient-centered in the health care decisions they make, allow more choices is going to bring people on board. The thing that is really interesting about the current approach is that no matter where you are, especially on the conservative side, you cannot possibly believe that the current healthcare system is an effective program. It is a monstrosity. It is a government gone wrong.”
