DHS Secretary John Kelly: The Executive Order on Travel ‘Is Not a Muslim Ban’

KELLY: "It's not a Muslim ban.”
BLITZER: "The countries are all Muslim.”
KELLY: "1.7 billion Muslims on the planet. There are something on the order of 51 overwhelmingly Muslim countries. We had seven, now six, to the tune of a couple hundred million predominantly Muslims who were put on the list. And it's a pause as we look at ways that we can better vet these countries."
