Manchin: Sessions Should Recuse Himself from Any Investigation into Russia

He said once again, 'I know nothing about this. I didn't ever have any conversations with the Russians about any campaign dealings whatsoever. There's basically nothing to see.' So, if you're calling for him to recuse himself, it doesn't sound as if he's open to recusing himself?" 
MANCHIN: "Well, basically -- Alisyn, basically, it's clear he should recuse himself. If the FBI is investigating Mike Flynn for his, you know, talks with the Russians, then that basically is very clear that Jeff -- that Jeff should not be involved."
