Rep. Rice: I’m Not Surprised Trump Wants to Cut the EPA; He’s a Climate Change Denier

RICE: "No, absolutely not. I am not surprised. I mean, that was something he talked about in — during the campaign. He is a climate change denier. There is no question he was going to go after the EPA. I am not surprised about that."
