NBC reporters Kelly O'Donnell and Katy Tur discuss White House adviser Stephen Bannon's statement that the corporatist globalist media opposes Donald Trump's economic nationalism for self-interested reasons.

"It is quite a mouthful," O'Donnell says about the phrase. "But it is the idea that media is owned by corporations that have other interests, and do not want this notion of the United States being something other than a global figure in economic terms."

"This is core Steve Bannon ideology," O'Donnell said.
