Billionaire and entrepreneur Donald Trump told the sold-out crowd at a National Press Club luncheon on Tuesday that Twitter is his preferred way to market his brand of business and politics, and compared the social media tool to owning a profitable New York Times.

“It’s so great,” Trump said of his millions of followers on Twitter. “It’s like owning the New York Timeswithout the losses, if you think about.”
