Brzezinski: Has Anyone Ever Seen an Administration in This Much Disarray?

SCARBOROUGH: “I will just say today what I said every day three weeks going into the election where everybody said he couldn’t win. Just like I said three weeks is a long time, I’m not going to guess. I don’t think any of us can guess what this is going to look like six months from now. Anybody disagree with that?”
BRZEZINSKI: “Of course, we can’t. I think, though, we have to look at what we know.”
SCARBOROUGH: “Right.”
BRZEZINSKI: “And has anyone seen an administration in this much disarray?
SCARBOROUGH: “No.”
