MURPHY: "Well Russia has said that before. Russia has offered to cooperate with us on fighting ISIS. And in the end, they bomb civilians. They killed thousands of civilians. So you can't believe Russia when they tell you that they are going to work with you to fight ISIS. Their number one priority is and will always be to preserve the Assad regime. And whatever they tell you in these meetings has never been backed up with a way in which they conduct themselves on the ground."
