GARDINER: "Well, first of all, I think Nikki Haley will be a tremendous asset to the United States."
TAPPER: "She's great, of course. But that's some edgy language for the U.S."
GARDINER: "Yes, it's -- you know, it may be very, very tough language, but this is the message I think the United Nations needs to hear."
