STEIN: "Yesterday, your boss, House Speaker Ryan said that the Republican caucus would foot the bill for this border wall in Mexico, about $14 billion. A lot of people were confused by this because in the past, not even a couple of years ago, Republicans such as yourself have dragged their feet for measures that were far less expensive. You know, the 9/11 responders bill for instance, hurricane relief. Why, suddenly -- are you all content to build $14 million on a border wall when less expensive measures were held up because of their cost?"
