New California Senator Kamala Harris Asks Trump's CIA Director Nominee About Climate Change (RealClearPolitics)

Newly elected senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) asks Donald Trump's pick to head the CIA, Rep. Mike Pompeo, if he believes in climate change.

"In the past you have questioned the scientific consensus on climate change," Harris asked. "Nevertheless according to NASA, multiple studies published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, 97% or more of actively published climate scientists agree that climate warming trends of the past century are extremely likely due to human activities... Do you have any reason to doubt NASA's findings?"
