McCain: ‘I Have No Evidence’ the Outcome of the Election Was Impacted by the Hacking

McCAIN: "I have no evidence that the outcome of the election was impacted by the hacking but the fact that they were able to do what they did is a threat to national security because they intended obviously, to have an effect. That is not an acceptable situation. We have no policy and we have no strategy to respond to that. And that should disturb all of us."
