Pastor: Obama ‘Could Have Done More’ to Help Deal with the Violence in Chicago

‘Right now what we’re dealing with in Chicago is a very toxic environment’

EXCERPT:

BROOKS: "Well, we’re grateful that he is coming back to the city to give a farewell speech, but I believe all of us believe that he could have done more to help with violence here in the city of Chicago. There is a lot that could have been done and a lot that should have been done. And we’re hopeful that in the future that elect -- a President-elect Donald Trump will do more to help our city to get out of the violence and the chaos that we find ourselves in."
