Scarborough: We Have Been Too Easy on China

SCARBOROUGH: "Yeah. I think if he approached Russia differently than he has —" 
CONFESSORE: "Maybe." 
SCARBOROUGH: " — then maybe that would make more sense. And you are right about China, but there are a lot of us, and this goes back to my days in Congress where I think we have been too easy on China. I think we have been so desperate to get into China that we have been obsequious in ways that haven't helped us. So I don't have as much a problem with him being tough towards China as I do with the Russian aspect of it."
